SHEIKHUPURA, Sept 5: Seven people who were ambushed by their rivals in Gajyana Nau village on Monday, were buried in their native village graveyard amid tight security on Tuesday.
Nawaz, Ilyas, Ghazanfar, Khyzar Hayat, Noshair, Amir and Jehangir were going to Sheikhupura to appear before a court in connection with a murder case when they were shot dead.
Meanwhile, Farooqabad Saddar police registered a case against 18 people, including Khalid, Iqbal, Allah Yar, Ahmad Yar, Raza, Shamsher, Saifullah, Younis and others. The DPO has constituted teams to nab the killers as soon as possible.
