KARACHI, Sept 4: Sindh Chief Secretary Fazlur Rehman on Monday directed the authorities concerned to approach the culture department prior to undertaking any repair or reconstruction work of an old building having heritage importance. Presiding over a meeting to review the reconstruction of the Shah Abdul Latif Bhitai shrine, he said the beauty of an old building could be maintained if no change was brought in the basic structure. —APP
