KARACHI: Safari project


KARACHI, Aug 31: Sindh Home Minister Rauf Siddiqui has said that the provincial cabinet has accorded approval to the project of establishing international safari park on Shah Belo forest lands, in Sukkur and Shikarpur districts, which have been cleared of dacoits.

Addressing the opening ceremony here on Wednesday night of the Citizen Police Liaison Committee’s DHA branch, the minister that Shah Belo forest had remained a hideout of bandits for 35 years, but police and Rangers had now flushed out the outlaws from the area.—PPI
