KARACHI, Aug 30: The Asian-American Network Against the Abuse of Human Rights and other human rights organisations are planning to hold a rally in New York during General Pervez Musharraf’s visit, to protest against rights violations in Pakistan.

According to chief of the Sindhi Association of North America Aziz Narejo, the rally will be held on September 18.

SANA, he said, would join the rally to call for an end to military rule in Pakistan, end of military operation in Balochistan, release of all political prisoners and holding of free and fair elections.
