LARKANA: Two killed over karo-kari

LARKANA, Aug 26: Two persons were killed on the pretext of karo-kari in village Gulbahar Leghari of the Qambar-Shahdadkot district on Saturday. Reports reaching here said that accused Malook Leghari and his accomplice Lal Bakhsh alias Laloo Leghari had shot dead their close relatives Miss Hussna Leghari and Mohammed Bakhsh Leghari when they were working in a field near the village and fled.

The Sanjjar Bhatti police has begun probe into the incident, but not registered an FIR.

Bandit surrenders: Qambar-Shahdadkot DPO Sharjeel Kharal on Saturday said Ghulam Shabir Brohi, a close associate of notorious dacoit Wishoon Chandio alias Malook, had surrendered at the Sanjjar Bhatti police station.

He was talking to journalists in Shahdadkot.

The DPO had asked the criminals to lay down their arms and surrender.
