KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 25: Exports of Malaysian palm oil products for August 1-25 stood at 1,113,624 tons, up 17 per cent from 954,687 tons shipped between July 1 and 25, cargo surveyor Societe General de Surveillance said on Friday.

SGS said the estimate comprised 1,005,876 tons of palm oils and 107,748 tons of oleochemicals and lauric oils.

In the palm oils category, 81,163 tons were made up of refined, bleached and deodorised (RBD) palm oil, 525,600 tons of RBD palm olein, 77,199 tonnes of RBD palm stearin and 127,590 tons of crude palm oil.— Reuters
