KARACHI: 67 deprived of vehicles, cellphones

KARACHI, Aug 24: Bandits took away 24 vehicles and 43 cellphones on Thursday in various parts of the city. Police sources said two cars were snatched at gunpoint in Saddar while six cars were reported stolen in Gulshan, North Naizmabad and Saddar towns.

Similarly, six motorcycles were snatched at gunpoint and 10 were reported stolen in different parts of the city.

Police sources said 18 mobile phones were snatched at gunpoint and 24 were reported stolen while one cellphone was reported missing on Thursday.
