Irregularities in allotment alleged

QUETTA, Aug 21: The Anjuman-i-Tajiran Balochistan has alleged that irregularities have been committed in the allotment of plots in Hazarganji bus stand. Speaking at a press conference here on Monday, leaders of the organisation appealed to the Balochistan governor, chief minister and corps commander to investigate the irregularities and punish the Quetta Development Authority officials involved in corruption.

They said 260 plots had been allotted six year ago to transporters of the Karachi route, who had deposited Rs25 million and the QDA had issued no-objection certificates and site plan to them.—Correspondent
