Wheat buying
CAIRO, Aug 12: The Egyptian government’s main wheat buyer said he had bought 110,000 tons of US and Canadian wheat on Saturday for Sept 1-15 shipment. Said el-Hefny, vice chairman of the General Authority for Supply Commodities, said he bought 55,000 tons of US soft red winter wheat at $141.45/ ton—Reuters
