Coal-fired power plant


KARACHI, Aug 10: The Dadabhoy Hydrocarbon will set up a 200MW coal-fired power plant at Sonda Jherrak in Sindh. This was announced by Dadabhoy Cement Industries here on Thursday.

It said the plant would be set up at an estimated cost of $200 million with Chinese collaboration.

The statement further said that a Chinese delegation was currently visiting Pakistan for preparing the final feasibility report. —APP
