QUETTA, Aug 9: The Anti-Terrorism Court, Quetta, has awarded death sentence to two accused in a murder case.
Judge Mohammad Ghais Nausherwani on Wednesday sentenced Syed Sadaullah and Syed Yar Mohammad for capital punishment when the prosecution proved that the accused had killed Manan, Ramzan and Abdul Khair on November 11, 2003 in the Uramzai village, Pishin district.
The Anti-Terrorism Court also sentenced Sadaullah for a seven-year imprisonment for keeping a weapon without any license.
