KARACHI, Aug 9: The administrative judge of anti-terrorism courts on Wednesday directed police to submit charge-sheet on Aug 16 against three suspects for masterminding a suicide attack to kill Hassan Turabi.
Mohammad Amin alias Khalid Shaheen, Sultan Mehmood alias Saifullah and Mohammad Rehman alias Mani are charged with masterminding a suicide attack to kill Hasan Turabi and preparing a suicide bomber for executing their plan.
Hasan Turabi, with his nephew Imran Ali, were killed in a suicide bomb blast in Sachal police limits on July 14.
The police said the alleged suicide bomber, later identified as Abdul Karim, blew himself with explosives when Allama Hasan Turabi reached home after attending a rally against Israel.—PPI
