SWABI, Aug 4: Condemning the Israeli attacks on Lebanon and Palestine, Awami National Party leaders on Friday urged Muslim countries to forge unity among their ranks and foil the negative designs of infidels.

Addressing a protest demonstration held to denounce Israeli atrocities, former MNA Haji Rehmanullah said that on the nod of his party’s central leadership he could send 10,000 volunteers from the district to help their fellow Muslims in Lebanon. “We don’t want to deceive people in the name of Islam. We want to extend help to Muslims,” he added.

MPA Amir Rehman said that ANP workers were ready to provide help to Muslims of Lebanon and Palestine. “We want to provide practical help,” he said.

ANP district general-secretary Aman Khan and information secretary Mohammad Rashid said that the next generation would not forgive the Muslim leaders if they failed to forged unity among the Ummah against the US and Israel.
