Quoting the former prime minister she said, “Ms Bhutto took individual opinion of party leaders and appreciated the performance of Islamabad women wing.

Ms Bhutto said General Pervez Musharraf had failed to achieve his seven-point objectives. She said Gen Musharraf also backed out of his promise regarding taking off his military uniform.

She said the opposition was united on a one-point agenda of restoration of democracy and sending the army back to barracks.

“The party chairperson explained the policy regarding allotment of tickets for the next elections, adding that those party members who earlier won election in Rawalpindi and Islamabad would be given tickets again,” she said.—Online
