KARACHI, July 21: Zone-I Whites and Zone-II Whites moved into the last-four stage of the KCCA Inter-zonal under-15 cricket tournament after convincing victories on Thursday.

Spinners Farhan Anwar and Ayazuddin shared nine wickets between them as Zone-I Whites whipped Zone-III Whites by 94 runs at the KCCA Stadium.

Mohammad Waqas slammed 82 with seven boundaries and Kokab Abid hit 58 with five fours as Zone-I Whites made 230 for nine in 50 overs.

Jibran Yousuf claimed six for 53.

Zone-III Whites, in response, were dismissed for 136 in 46.4 overs. Left arm spinner Farhan Anwar snared five for 47 and leg-spinner Ayazuddin four for 49.

Paceman Tabish Anwar captured five for 53 in Zone-II Whites’s seven-wicket victory over Zone-V Blues.
