KARACHI: KBCA warning

Published July 22, 2006

KARACHI, July 21: The Karachi Building Control Authority (KBCA) has warned people from entering into any deal in respect of flats being constructed illegally on Plot No 205, Block-3, Bahadur Yar Jung Society.

According to a KBCA release, the builder of the project in question was allowed construction of ground plus two storeys on the said plot, but he constructed flats in violation of the building bylaws.

It said the KBCA team was carrying out demolition action at the site and asked people not to enter into any deal of purchase/sale of these flats or else the KBCA would not be responsible.—APP
