Two child lifters arrested

TOBA TEK SINGH, July 19: Two child lifters were caught on Wednesday from the graveyard of Chak 687/27 GB near Pirmahal on Wednesday.

Two gang members were wandering in the village as beggars. They picked a four-year-old girl, Saba, daughter of Dastgir, when she was playing in the street and kept her in their gunny bag. They took her towards graveyard where they were taking her out of the bag. In the meantime, a farmer came there following his buffalo. As he heard the girl crying, he raised an alarm and villagers caught both of them and handed over to police.— Correspondent
