KARACHI, July 19: State Bank Governor Dr Shamshad Akhtar on Wednesday inaugurated the Karachi branch of Dubai Islamic Bank in Cloth Market. Speaking on the occasion she expressed the hope that the bank will bring to Pakistan the required technology, instruments and institutional framework.
