Surrey in a spin over Kumble
LONDON, July 18: India leg-spinner Anil Kumble faces a battle to force his way into the Surrey team after the English county found themselves with an embarrassment of slow bowling riches.
The county has hired Kumble as one of their overseas players.
Surrey have gone to the top of the second division this season on the back of 68 wickets taken by spinners Ian Salisbury and Nayan Doshi.—AFP
