KARACHI, July 14: Four ships carrying chemicals and containers are expected to arrive at the outer anchorage on Saturday, according to KPT sources.

Berthing activity at the wharves was active where four ships, Kota Wijaya, Dong He, to unload and load containers, Nama, to offload sugar, and Darin Naree, to unload general cargo, were berthed.

Six ships, Inaba, Y.M. Star, Hyundai Future, Atlantic Express and Bum Chin, departed, while Dong He, Wine, Western Star, Kota Wijaya and Piemonte are due to sail out on Saturday.

Cargo handling activity at the wharves was maintained on the higher side where a total tonnage of 0.128m tons comprising 29,948 tons of export cargo and 97,916 tons of import tonnage was handled.

The following ships are due on Saturday: Al-Marwah, Mur Yanbu, with chemicals, Yang Jiang He and Corin Thaikos, with containers.
