KARACHI: 66 cellphones, 29 vehicles taken away

KARACHI, July 10: Bandits took away at least 66 mobile phones and 29 vehicles in different parts of the city on Monday. Police sources said seven cars were snatched at gunpoint and eight were stolen in different localities.

At least six motorcyclists were deprived of their two–wheelers at gunpoint and eight motorcycles were reported stolen in different city areas.

Police sources said 28 cellphones were snatched at gunpoint and 36 mobile phones were reported stolen. Two cellphones were reported missing.

KILLED: An unidentified woman was shot dead in North Nazimabad on Monday.

Police said she was passing near Ashraf Plaza in Shahrah-i-Noor Jehan PS limits when she was shot at. The victim suffered four bullet wounds and died.
