Five countries name squads

KARACHI, July 5: Five more countries — Syria, Korea, Malaysia, Azerbaijan and Italy — on Wednesday sent names of their squads that will participate in the fourth Green Hill Cup (GHC) International boxing championship at KPT Sports Complex from July 8.

Squads:

SYRIA: Wael Slaiman (48kg), Yasser Shaikhan (57kg), Ibrahim Sanda (60kg), Abdullah Wahba (64kg), Abdul Halim Atot (69kg), Ishak Waez (75kg), Mostafa Farra (81kg), Somar Gasson (91kg), Ahmed Wattar (over 91kg); Nazih Namaan, Abdul Raof Aljazaeri, Ahmed Khanji and Issa Nassar (officials).

KOREA: Hong Moo-Won (48kg), Lee Ok Sung (54kg), Lee Do-Jae (60kg), Shin Myung Hoon (64kg), Kim Jung Joo (69kg), Hang Dong Jin (team leader), Yoo Jae-Joon (EC member), Kim Jae-Bong (refree/judge); Na Dong-Gil and Lee Hoon (coaches).

MALAYSIA: Mohd Nazri Mat Yousof (48kg), Awang Affandy Awang Kati (54kg), Eddy Kalai (57kg), Paunandes Paulus (60kg), Zulkarnain Mustafa (69kg), Ramly Yahaya (manager), Hisham Hashin (coach), Hashim Lateh (referee/judge).

AZERBAIJAN: Aydinov Nasimi, Gurbanov Seymur, Akbarov Nicat, Mammadov Azar; Babanli Tofig (official).

ITALY: Alessio Di Savino (57kg), Ottavio Di Leo (64kg), Ivano Del Monte (75kg), Giuseppe Minutoli (team leader), Giullo Coletta (coach).—PPI
