Five children drown

QUETTA, June 30: The bodies of five children who were swept away by rainwater in the Kingri area of the Musakhel district on Thursday evening were recovered from a nearby area on Friday.

Official said, the children were playing near their houses and after torrential rain, they took shelter under a bridge over a flood drain. The children were swept away by rainwater.

The children were identified as Mamona, her brothers, Alam Khan and Mohammad Khan, Wahida Bibi and her brother, Nawab Khan.
