3 girls drown

THATTA, June 26: Three minor girls drowned in the K. B. Feeder near the Jalaluddin Babar village on Sunday evening. Sahibzadi, 11, Shahzadi, 10, and Saheb Khatoon were fetching water from the K. B. Feeder when one of them lost her balance and slipped in the canal.

The two drowned while trying to save the girl. Their bodies were fished out on Monday.
