Demo against power outage
HYDERABAD, June 24: Residents of Liaquat Colony on Saturday staged a protest demonstration against power breakdown and non-supply of water to their area.
They burnt tyres on the road and blocked it for some time.
The protesters said that they had informed Wasa officials that their area was not getting water but the agency did not take any notice. When they did get water it was always contaminated, they complained.—Correspondent
