Teenager electrocuted

DADU, June 23: A boy was electrocuted in Fateh Mohammad Gadhi village on Thursday night. The deceased was identified as Ghulam Shabbir Gadhi, 15.

He was passing near the water supply scheme of the village where a contractor in connivance with Hesco officials had fixed a kunda to steal power.

The boy touched the wire and died. Relatives of the deceased placed the body on the Indus highway and staged a demonstration for two hours.

They demanded that the contractor and Hesco officials should be arrested.
