Lunar eclipse on Sept 7

RAWALPINDI, June 23: A partial lunar eclipse will occur on Sept 7 and it will be visible in Pakistan for about an hour and 33 minutes, according to the metrological department.

The eclipse will begin at 11.05pm on Sept 7 and end at 12.38 am on Sept 8. According to the Met office, penumbral eclipse will begin from 9.42pm on Sept 7 to 2am on Sept 8.

An annular solar eclipse will occur on Sept 22 at 2.50pm but will not be visible in Pakistan.
