KARACHI, June 23: City Naib Nazim Nasreen Jalil said on Friday that special attention should be given to children's literature as presently trend to write for children was decreasing.

She was talking to a delegation of the Sirajuddaula Government Degree College, comprising Prof Mujeeb Zafar Anwar Hameedi and Prof Mohammad Zareef Khan who called on her at her office. They also presented her their books on children literature.

Nasreen Jalil said children should also participate in extra-curricular activities. She said the city government would continue to promote healthy activities.—PPI
