KARACHI, June 18: The Sindh Assembly, when it resumes its session on Monday after a three-day break, will start a general discussion on the new budget 2006-07, which was presented by Senior Minister Syed Sardar Ahmad on Thursday.

With a total outlay of Rs193 billion, the surplus budget with no new taxes was rejected by the opposition.
