KARACHI: Compensation approved

KARACHI, June 17: The city council of the city district government has approved to pay compensation of Rs 0.3 million and Rs50,000 for the staff of fire brigade department of the CDGK who died or injured, respectively, during discharging their duties.

The city government would pay compensation of Rs 0.3 million each to the heirs of fire brigade department officials Sher Ahmed, Mohammad Aqeel and Zubair Ahmed who died recently while discharging their professional duties.—PPI
