KARACHI, June 16: The Sindh High Court Inspection Team Member has imposed minor penalty of withholding of increments for two years under Sindh Civil Servants (Efficiency and Discipline) Rule 1973, upon Syed Muhammad Shakil, Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate, Nagarpakar, on the charge of misconduct, according to official handout issued on Friday.—PPI
