KARACHI, June 7: Judge Saghir Hussain Zaidi of the Anti-Terrorism Court No. 3 acquitted on Wednesday three accused in a kidnapping for ransom case.
The judge exonerated Imdad Hussain, Ali Haider and Mohammed Hanif from charges as prosecution could not bring on record sufficient evidence against them.
They were prosecuted for kidnapping Majid Hussain Zaidi, a real estate dealer, in 2005.—Staff Reporter
