KARACHI, June 6: A three-day joint maritime exercise by Pakistan Navy fleet units and Royal Navy Ship HMS Gloucester commenced Tuesday at Arabian Sea. The ship arrived here on a three-day visit in connection with the combined maritime coalition campaign presently being led by Rear Admiral Shahid Iqbal of Pakistan Navy, an ISPR press release said.

Pakistan Navy Type-21 frigates PNS Tariq and Badr are participating in the exercise along with Royal Navy ship. After the exercise, PNS Tariq and HMS GLOUCESTER will join CTF-150 which is already operating in the Gulf and the Arabian Sea.—APP
