Outstanding knock by Umar

LAHORE, June 5: Four more matches were decided in the PCB Lahore Inter-school cricket championship on Monday. A fine knock of 78 by Umar Akmal helped Lords International beat Government Islah-e-Moashara School by 27 runs at the Cricket Centre ground.

Four-wickets by medium-pacer Adil Sardar for 16 runs propelled Aizar School to a five-wicket win against Pak Grammar High School at Model Town Club ground.

Four wickets each by Shuja Haider and Hashim Khan for 23 and 19 runs enabled Quaid-I-Azam High School Qila Laxhman Singh to beat their Johar Town Branch by 93 runs at the Model Town Greens ground.

In a low-scoring match three wickets each by Shehzad Hussain and Khawaja Usman for one and 17 runs helped Government High School, Baghbanpura beat Educators by nine wickets at the Aligarh ground.
