Boxing: PMA School dominate

KARACHI, June 4: PMA School dominated in the 1st series schoolboys weekly boxing at Young Fishermen’s Sports Centre on Sunday. The competition was organized by Young Fishermen’s Sports Centre and Mauripur National Club. It was participated by 26 schoolchildren associated with various clubs.

The second stage of the first series will be held on June 11, while third phase will be on June 25.

Results:

24kg: Mahmood (TCF School) bt Rizwan (Ghazi Primary School) 2-1.

26kg: Zahid (KMA School) bt Sheeraz (TCF School) 3-0.

28kg: Shah rukh (Mohammadi School) Sheheryar Juma (ghazi School) 3-0.

30kg: Ehsan Riaz (Quaid Public School) bt Sabir Ali (GBPS Younusabad) 2-1.

32kg: Sabir Latif (GBPS Younusabad) bt Mohammad Naeem (Happy Wala) 3-0.

34kg: Shehryar Shah (PMA School) bt Mohammad Ayub (Mohammadi Academy) 2-1.

36kg: Owais Hanif (PMA School) bt Mohammad Faheem (Quaid Public School) 3-0.

38kg: Abdul Qadir (GBSS Shamspir) bt Nadir Khan (Quaid Public School) 2-1.

40kg: Anwar Ali (PMA School) bt Abdul Ghafoor (GBBS Younusabad) RSC/OC/II.

42kg: Mohammad Asif (KPT School) Mohammad Nasir (Quaid Public School) 3-0.

44kg: Mohsin Sham (GBSS) bt Waqas Riaz (GBSS Younusabad) 2-1.
