LAHORE, June 4: Aligarh Club and Cricket Centre qualified for the semifinals of the 9th Servis Gold Cup cricket after winning their respective matches on Sunday. A fine all-round performance by Imran Ashraf helped Aligarh Club score a 102-run win against Al-Hilal Club.

Imran struck 62 as Aligarh Club piled up 284 for seven.

Imran then claimed three for 31 as Al-Hilal Club were bowled out for 182 in 38 overs.

A fine 77 by Khalid Habib enabled Cricket Centre defeat Ludhiana Gymkhana by 35 runs.

Despite a fine century by Adnan Raza, Ludhiana Gymkhana were dismissed for 232.

ALIGARH CLUB 284-7 in 45 overs (Imran Ashraf 62, Mohammad Arif 57, Ashfaq Aslam 52, Kashif 52; A. Ashraf 2-38); AL-HILAL CLUB 182 in 38 overs (Saqib Maqsood 50; Imran Ashraf 3-31, Shahid 2-23).

CRICKET CLUB 267-7 in 45 overs (Khalid Habib 77, Farooq Saleem 51, Umar Akmal 46; Ali Shahid 3-37, Mudassar 2-28); LUDHIANA GYMKHANA 232 in 34 overs (Adnan Raza 107; Raza Ali Dar 3-38, Muneeb Ali 2-33).
