KARACHI, June 4: Sindh Home Minister Rauf Siddiqi taking serious note of certain press reports on crime and police negligence issued directives to police officers concerned to take immediate action and submit reports to him.
Taking notice of the news reports about killing of four people in different incidents, the minister directed Capital City Police Officer to take legal action against culprits and submit investigation report about it.
Similarly, on different reports published in Urdu and Sindhi newspapers, Rauf Siddiqui issued directives to IG Jail Sukkur, TPO Gulberg, TPO Bin Qasim, TPO Liaquatabad. DPO Sanghar, DPO Hyderabad, DPO Jamshoro and Superintendent District Jail Dadu to take action against the culprits involved in crimes and negligence in compliance of orders and ordered for immediate submission of investigation report.—PPI
