DADU, June 2: Ten candidates have filed their nomination papers here on Friday for by-election to be held for PS-75 Johi, which fell vacant with the death of PML MPA, Dr Manzoor Ahmed Leghari.

Dr Shajeela Leghari, wife of late Dr Manzoor Leghari and younger brother of Dr Manzoor, Mir Mumtaz Ahmed Leghari, arrived at the office of Returning Officer of Dadu and filed their nomination paper from the PML platform.

Sardar Chakar Khan Shahani also filed nomination papers from the PML platform.

Former PPP MPA from Johi, Syed Shahan Shah Jilani, filed his papers from the PPP platform. Zulfiqar Ali Babbar filed his papers from the platform of the Dadu Ittehad Panel.

Younger sister of late Dr Manzoor, Dr Musarrat Leghari, nephew Sartaj Ahmed Leghari, Syed Shahan Shah Jilani, Mohammad Usman Jamali, Abid Hussain Ghalloo, also filed their papers as independent candidates.
