KARACHI, May 27: The Sindh High Court issued notices to respondents for May 31 in a petition challenging resumption of land on superhighway by the Jamshoro revenue authorities.
Petitioners Mohammad Farooq, Tajammal Husain, Shoaib Khan, Fawad Khan and Malik Mukhtar Ahmed submitted that they purchased land along superhighway. But, Jamshoro EDO Revenue, cancelled the transaction.—Staff Reporter
