OKARA, May 24: Twenty students of self finance scheme of Motor Winding Training class of 2005 studying at the Government Technical Training Institute (GTTI), Deepalpur, have sent an application to the chairmen of Punjab Board of Technical Education (PBTE) and TEVTA against the institute administration claiming that its negligence has cost them an academic year.

They said that they have completed courses but could not take the final diploma examination of PBTE as they were not informed about the schedule of examination.

Meanwhile, in another application from Chak 34/2-RA, Okara, to DCO Aslam Kamboh, primary class students have demanded action against school teacher Muhammad Rashid who allegedly stopped them from solving the English papers due to rivalry with his colleague Shakil.

The DCO has nominated EDO (education) to hold an inquiry.
