New FPSC chief takes oath
ISLAMABAD, May 24: The newly-appointed Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC), Lt-Gen (retired) Shahid Hamid, took oath of office here at Aiwan-i-Sadr on Wednesday.
President Gen Pervez Musharraf administered the oath to the FPSC chairman at a ceremony, which was attended by Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz, federal ministers and senior government functionaries.—APP
