Karo-kari: man, woman shot dead
SUKKUR, May 23: A man and a woman were killed by armed men in Rasool Bux Mahar village in the Sarhad police area of the Ghotki district on Tuesday. The deceased were identified as Shahzadi, wife of Rasheed Mahar, and Ghulam Farid Mahar.
Wazir Ali, uncle of Ghulam Farid, registered a case against Rasheed Mahar, Mir Hamza and Bhagio.
The reason behind the double murder was said to be karo-kari.
No arrest was reported till the time of filing this report.
