KARACHI: 11 religious groups summoned


KARACHI, May 22: Inquiry Tribunal of Nishtar Park blast incident on Monday asked leaders and office-bearers of as many as 11 religious organisations to appear in person or through any of authorised representative or advocate to present their view point, theory of incident in the light of evidence available with them.

Besides, Home Secretary, AG Sindh, CCPO Karachi and Chairman Ruet-i-Hilal Committee, the organisations asked for appearance were: Jamat Ahle Sunnat Pakistan, Tehrik Awam Ahle Sunnat Pakistan, ST, Markazi JUP, Ulema Tanzeem-i-Ahle Sunnat, Anjuman Tulba-i-Islam, Anjuman Jawanan-i-Islam, Nizam-i-Mustufa Party, Mustufyai Tehrik, Dawat-i-Islami, Suuni Movement Pakistan.—PPI
