SKARDU, May 21: Twelve people were killed and four others injured when a coach fell into the Indus river near Khamosh Choofair here on Sunday.
According to official sources, the coach was going from Skardu to Kharmang when the incident occurred. Sixteen people were travelling in the vehicle, they added. According to the sources, only one dead body—that of a child—has so far been recovered. Four persons who survived have been admitted to a local hospital.—APP
