Two picnickers drown in Keenjhar

THATTA, May 21: Two picnickers from Karachi drowned in Keenjhar Lake on Sunday. A third was rescued by a diver. Irshad Ali, son of Atta Mohammad, resident of Surjani Town, and Jamal Ahmed, son of Kamal, resident of Teen Hatti, drowned in the lake while swimming.

The local diver rescued Rabbani Hussain from drowning. The bodies have been shifted to Karachi by the Edhi ambulance service.

It may be mentioned that more and more people from Karachi visit the lake in summer.
