New CJ of Federal Shariat Court
ISLAMABAD, May 16: President Pervez Musharraf on Tuesday appointed Justice Nasim Sikandar, Judge Lahore High Court, as the new Chief Justice of the Federal Shariat Court. The appointment of Justice Nasim Sikandar as the chief justice of the Federal Shariat Court has been made for three years under clause 2 of Article 203-C of the Constitution.
