Rape victim seeks justice

FAISALABAD, May 15: A 15-year-old girl returned home here on Monday one and a half years after abduction. Speaking at a news conference here on Monday, victim ‘H’ alleged she had been abducted from Chak No 227-RB by a couple, Qasim Ali and Naseem Bibi, about one and a half years back and raped at various places. She said she was forced into flesh trade and had to face the ordeal of abortion.

The victim girl said she was later sold out to another group of prostitutes in Lahore from where she managed to escape and reached the house of her maternal uncle in Faisalabad who provided her shelter. She has sought justice from the government.
