PCB domestic body meets

KARACHI, May 9: A Domestic Review Committee meeting of the 2005-06 season was held at National Stadium on Tuesday. The meeting, which was presided over by PCB Chairman Shaharyar M. Khan, discussed various aspects of the recently-concluded season.

After getting the view point of cricketers, umpires, match referees and officials of the associations, PCB will take steps to further improve and strengthen Pakistan's domestic circuit.

Pitches and ground conditions, umpiring standards, induction of young players, awarding of points in the Quaid-i-Azam Trophy, Patron’s Trophy and Pentangular Cup also came under discussion.—APP
