Mirwaiz urges changes on ground


ISLAMABAD, May 7: Chairman of the All-Parties Hurriyat Conference Mirwaiz Umar Farooq has stressed the need for what he said change in the ground situation and said it was vital for the success of the peace process, adding that it would lead to the resolution of the Kashmir dispute.

He called upon India to identify officials of the puppet regime and military officers involved in the Srinagar sex scandal and punish them.

He said that the puppet regime is covering up the horrible crime, PTV quoted him as saying.

He said violence was on the increase in the occupied territory despite the initiation of confidence-building measures.— APP
