KARACHI, May 7: The mechanized carpeting of roads in Shah Faisal Town is in progress on emergency basis. Water supply and sewerage system in various areas of the town have already been repaired or replaced on the directives of the town’s nazim, Muhammad Imran, says a statement on Sunday.
The nazim, after assuming charge, had launched an aggressive programme for improving the town’s infrastructure. A number of these development schemes have been completed till date.
Imran visited the Al-Falah Society, Moria Khan Goth and Shah Faisal Colony No-3 on Saturday to supervise road-carpeting work there.—APP
